Scrawberry Notes: Chilli Gets Hands-On at Planet Hollywood

Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas left her handprint on Planet Hollywood in New York City’s Times Square earlier today, cementing her hands into a mold. The TLC member kept it low-key in a dressed-down ensemble, rocking jeans tucked into black stiletto boots and a zip-up jacket.
